Ornament to Purity
A Shift From Ornament To Spatial Purity
In the heart of Jaipur's C-Scheme district, on what was once a barren plot, now stands Mirove — an 8,000 sq.ft. restaurant that redefines the architectural language of the Pink City.
Designed by Pantone Collective and executed entirely from scratch, the project is a layered narrative rooted in vernacular inspiration and expressed through a minimalist, brutalist vocabulary.
The structure rises with a massive 60-foot wide curved facade, its volume grounded in concrete yet elevated through detail, proportion, and materiality — a modern reflection of Jaipur interpreted through a contemporary lens.

Rooted In Jaipur's Architectural Typologies
The design draws from Jaipur's architectural typologies — the geometries of Jantar Mantar, the repetition of traditional arches, and the city's iconic chromatic identity.
Arches in both upright and inverted orientations, circular punctures softening monolithic walls, and ascending fin walls cast dynamic shadows throughout the day.
A custom-designed 360-degree bar anchors both indoor and outdoor zones, acting as a sculptural spatial connector that draws two environments into one seamless flow.
Form As Narrative, Rouge As Identity
Every architectural gesture at Mirove is deliberate — a muted rouge tone pays homage to Jaipur's pink identity while steering it toward a minimal, modern direction.
